Flexible Office Rental

The Directors' Suite Business Centre is situated in the heart of Ewell Village. The offices, refurbished last year, are secured by a monitored alarm system and entryphone, and are fully serviced between 08.30 and 18.00 hours Monday to Friday.

Single and double suites of offices are available, offering a flexible tenancy by way of a simple Licence Agreement, with 3 months' notice either way. The monthly rental charge includes accommodation, reception and postal services, rates, heating, security, lighting, electricity and cleaning.

A tenancy is secured by a three months' deposit, placed on signing of the Licence along with the first month's rent. Three months' notice of termination is required and deposits are held against the service charge for the last month's occupation and any other disbursements. Each tenant may have the company name entered on the House Board in the hallway at the entrance to the building. Each office is furnished with a desk, manager's and visitor's chairs plus a filing cabinet as standard, but individual requirements can usually be accommodated by arrangement.
